This independent statutory body provides information, advice, and other legal assistance to people disadvantaged in accessing legal help. Legal Aid turned to ManageSoft for a solution to enable rapid, cost-effective rollout of Windows XP to computers throughout the organization's head office and 7 regional offices. Legal Aid also wanted to replace existing ad hoc manual processes for Microsoft security patch updates (which had become unmanageable) to ensure IT security.
